The Universitat de València covers 100% of the 8,808 first-year undergraduate degree places offered for 2022-2023

The Universitat de València has covered 100% of the 8,808 first-year places it offered in undergraduate degrees for the 2022-2023 academic year. The institution runs 56 undergraduate degrees and 10 double degrees, one more than in the previous academic year, due to the incorporation of the double degree programme in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.

A total of 43 degrees at the Universitat de València have a cut-off mark above 10. The degrees with the highest cut-off marks, above 13, were the double degree in Physics and Mathematics, which with a cut-off mark of 13.624 continues to be the highest of all the degrees in the Valencian public system, the undergraduate degree in Medicine (13.435), the undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences (13.298), the undergraduate degree in Physics (13.202) and the undergraduate degree in Dentistry (13.121).

The good reception of the institution's offer is also reflected in the fact that more than 65% of the students admitted to the degree of their first choice and in the almost 45,000 applications that have been left on the waiting list.

The Vice-Principal for Studies, Isabel Vázquez, stressed that once again the Universitat de València, as a university with a vocation for public service, continues to respond to the educational needs of our society. In this line, the new undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering will train professionals with a great knowledge of the chemical foundations and very prepared to work in the industry, in accordance with the major projects that the Valencian Government is launching for the coming years. 

The enrolment of admitted students will be carried out virtually from Monday July 18th and will end on Thursday July 21st. Afterwards, there will be the allocation of places to people on the waiting lists on July 25th and 28th and September 1st, so it is important to remember that you must confirm that you are still on the waiting list after each allocation.
