The aim of the programme is to bring together talent in all areas of food, nutrition, health and related sectors oriented towards healthy, safe and more sustainable food that improves people's well-being and quality of life, and to provide participants in this competition with the opportunity to train to generate innovative business ideas and formulate entrepreneurial projects with a triple impact (environmental, social and economic).
It is aimed at degree, master's and doctorate students of the Universitat de València enrolled in the academic year 2022-2023.
30 participants will be selected from the applications submitted. Those who successfully complete the programme will receive a certificate accrediting the training received and can get up to five invitations for the five best business ideas to acces the services of the UVEmprén StartUp startup incubation programme. Three prizes of €3,000, €2,000 and €1,000 respectively will be awarded to the three best entrepreneurial projects. The deadline for applications is 6th October 2022.

This programme will be carried out within the framework of the 2nd Entrepreneurship Week of the Universitat de València, which will take place between 17th and 21st October at the Faculty of Pharmacy.
