The Universitat de València has opened the call for Erasmus grants within the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union to promote mobility for training purposes for administrative and service staff.

Programme overview

The action offers Administrative and Service Staff the possibility to learn from the experiences and good practices of other European universities through the funding of training stays, thus improving their skills to perform their tasks more efficiently in their jobs.

Green commuting

New (March 2022) - The European Union promotes green commuting with additional travel subsidies. A journey by any shared land vehicle - train, bus, private car, etc. - is considered a green commute.

Call academic year 2021-2022 – Second Semester

The processing of these aids is carried out entirely through ENTREU. If needed, the help manual is available on angela.

1. Applications:

The application and all other required documentation must be submitted using the ENTREU form.

The deadline for applications will remain open until June 30th 2022 or until all available places are taken.

IMOTION, a website that centralises information on international weeks held at different European universities.

The application must be accompanied by

  • Annex II: training mobility agreement, scanned and duly filled in and signed the accreditation of the linguistic requirement (B1 in English or in the language in which the planned activity takes place).

If the application meets the requirements, notification of appointment or award will be made via ENTREU.

2. Pre-stay documentation:

Once the grant has been awarded and prior to the stay, the grant agreement must be submitted, with the original or electronic signature of the applicant. This document can be sent by e-mail to pas-pdi@uv.es

If you do not have an electronic signature, you must subsequently send the original by the University's internal mail to the International Relations Service at the Palau de Cerveró.

3. Final documentation:

In addition, you will receive the EU Survey at your e-mail address. It must be completed and submitted online within 30 days of receipt.

Call academic year 2021-2022 - First semester

There will be a new call at the end of the year to apply for stays planned for the second semester, between January and September 2022.

1. Applications:

The application and all other required documentation must be submitted using the ENTREU online form.

The deadline for applications will remain open until November 15th 2021 or until all available places are taken.

Access to Imotion (a website that centralises information on international weeks held at different European universities and aimed at the administrative and service staff)

The application must be accompanied by training mobility agreement, scanned and duly filled in and signed the accreditation of the linguistic requirement (B1 in English or in the language in which the planned activity takes place).

2. Pre-stay documentation:

Once the grant has been awarded and prior to the stay, the grant agreement must be submitted to the International Relations Service with the original or electronic signature of the applicant.

3. Final documentation:

The certificate of stay issued by the responsible person at the host university, signed on or after the last day of the training activity, must be provided. This document can be sent by e-mail to pas-pdi@uv.es.

In addition, a transport expenses report must be filled in, accompanied by the corresponding tickets.

Finally, once your stay has been confirmed, you will receive the EU Survey at your e-mail address. It must be completed and submitted online within 30 days of receipt.

Call academic year 2019-2020

Resolution and terms and conditions of the call of the Vice-Principal for Internationalisation and Cooperation

Resolution of September 12th 2019, which includes the United Kingdom as an eligible country within the Erasmus PAS and PDI 2019-20 call under the provision set out in clause 5.3 of the Erasmus PAS and Erasmus PDI 2019-20 calls.

Once the grant has been awarded and prior to the stay, the grant agreement must be presented at the International Relations Service. If the signature is handwritten, the original must be submitted. If an electronic signature is available, it can be sent by e-mail to pas-pdi@uv.es

3. Final documentation:

The certificate of stay signed by the responsible person at the host university must be provided, on or after the last day of the training activity. The certificate can be sent by e-mail to pas-pdi@uv.es.

In addition, a report justifying the transport expenses must be filled in, the original of which must be sent to the International Relations Service together with the corresponding tickets and boarding passes.

Once the supporting documentation has been submitted, you will receive an email with an invitation to access the EU Survey link. It must be completed and submitted online within 30 days of receipt.

Finally, you will receive a notification, also in your email, to download from ENTREU (My personal space - Notifications) a Certificate that accredits the stay.
