Guest staff Register
Staff from other institutions including teachers, researchers, or administrative staff, willing to embrace a temporarily mobility experience will be welcome at the University of Valencia.
Regulation
The following regulation has been endorsed in order to acknowledge and register the non-UV staff staying in our dependencies, and notify their attendance within an appropriate channel to the university community.
Online application
Host staff must follow the steps hereunder:
- Download the application form in PDF format
- Read the submission guideline
- Submit the online application form.
The online request must attach to the “application form” in PDF format and the rest of documents linked in “Assistance Documents”.

Nonadmission
Non-UV staff is excluded from this process for being part of assemblies, committees, conferences, Erasmus teaching or training exchanges and other exceptional activities which don’t imply a permanent stay at the UV.
