Cavil·lejar

The Biblioteca d'Humanitats will open on 27 October at 1.30 p.m. the exhibition Cavil-lejar, the work of the suecan artist Sime Llicer Ferri, who in 2019 received the prestigious National Arts Prize in the Graphic Arts section of the Italian Ministry of Education, Universities and Research for his work entitled Candenza de inganno.

On this occasion, Llicer presents a work that deals with life in the huts in the middle of the rice fields. Sime Llicer aims to recover traditions and bring them back to the value they have today. The exhibition has already been on display at the Universitat Politècnica de València, the Museo Valenciano de la Fiesta in Algemesí and the Museo Joan Fuster in Sueca.

The Colla de Dolçaines i percussió de la Universitat de València will take part in the inauguration. The exhibition can be visited until 11 November 2022.
