The Equality Unit works on prevention and action against gender violence through the violet spaces, where complaints of sexual harassment, sexist and sexist, which are suffered within the university community in relations between PAS, PDI or the student body are handled. It also assists victims of gender violence to protect them from their partner or ex-partner within the UV premises as well as other academic and psychological needs.

Participation in this volunteering involves 25 hours of training and a commitment to participate in the actions developed by the UV Volunteering in prevention and intervention in gender violence with a dedication of 50 hours throughout the academic year 2020/2021.

The Sedi supports this volunteering initiative and also organises the basic and specific training necessary for the incorporation of students in the participation proposals.
