During your exchange at the University of Valencia, you will have to request several important documents, both upon arrival and at the end of your stay. For this reason, we remind you of the essential certificates you must obtain.

  1. CERTIFICATE OF ARRIVAL AND ATTENDANCE

Once you arrive at the Universitat de València, you will receive an email sent from entreu@uv.es with your Certificate of Arrival at Universitat de València. It is an official document with a valid digital signature and a verification code.

In case you need any specific model of Certificate of Arrival to be signed, please, fill it in and send it to incodocs@uv.es

On the day on which your exchange period finishes at UV, you should apply for your online Certificate of Attendance, using the online office. We will send you an email with a link to download it and instructions to do so. But, in case you want to have a detailed explanation of the process now, please check this guide. Note that the departure date that will appear on your certificate will be the same day you apply for it.

  1. TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS/GRADES

You will receive an email with the instructions to apply for your official transcript of records. But you can read here the instructions on how to download your oficial and free TOR.  Please, do not request your transcript of records until at least 1 month after your last exam in order to be sure that all your marks have been properly processed and are included on it.  Additionally, it is also advisable to first check that you have all your marks ready in secvirtual.uv.es. Bear in mind that Spanish courses at the Centro de Idiomas of the UV will never appear in the ToR. You have to apply for its own certificate.
