As the graduation day gets closer, this web will be updated with detailed information about: guidelines, protocol, etc., so it’s very important to check it frequently. In any case, the Faculty of Economics will keep those accepted informed through the e-mail provided in the registration process.

El procediment per a assistir a la Cerimònia serà el següent:

  1. The process for attending the Ceremony will be as follows:
  2. The student who wishes to attend the Graduation Ceremony should fill the registration form. When the registration is done, he/she should pay a 20€ fee, to formalize it.
  3. This payment is made to cover the expenses generated by the Graduation Ceremony, to supplement the Faculty’s economic contribution.
  4. Reminder: The seating capacity is limited because of the room size and health authority instructions. When full, the registration process might be closed, even before the initially established period for registration and payment is finished.
  5. Once the registration and payment process is completed, all the relevant information about the ceremony and the location of your seats, will be forwarded by e-mail.

3.- Registration and online payment


  1. Your registration will not be complete until payment is formalised.
  2. You may be refunded your registration payment only because of exceptional reasons formally documented.

4.- Picking up your tickets

  1. Because of the limited seating capacity, each Graduate will receive one ticket and be allowed to bring two other persons with him/her.
  2. The ticket is required to access the ceremony, not only for the graduating student, but also for the accompanying persons.
  3. You can pick up your tickets for the Graduation Ceremony from June 6th to 15th at the Caretaker’s Office at the Faculty of Economics – ground floor. 
    Hours: morning from 10:00 to 13:00 and afternoon from 16:00 to 19:00.
  4. To pick up the tickets, the student must identify himself/herself with an ID, driving’s license...
  5. In the event that the student cannot come personally to pick up the tickets, the person who comes to retreive them should bring the following authorisation and a copy of the student’s identification document. The authorised person should also bring his/her own identification document (ID card, driving’s license...).
  6. Students who don’t retrieve their tickets on the designed period, will be considered as declining their participation in the Ceremony and removed from the calling list.

5.- Locating your seat for the Graduation Ceremony

You will receive an e-mail with your row number, the area and your seat, as well as a pdf floor plan of the room where the Ceremony will be held, to help you locate it.

In any case, should you have any doubt, we will help you locate your assigned seat that same day.

6.- Important information about the Graduation Ceremony 

  1. The graduating student as well as the accompanying persons must show the tickets to access the building where the Graduation Ceremony will take place.
  2. You will be informed of the time of arrival and the opening time beforehand. Please be reminded that the accompanying person’s tickets are numbered.
  3. The event will have a duration of about 2 hours.
  4. If some type of adaptation is needed to facilitate the assistance of an accompanying person with a disability, please let us know beforehand at 
  5. Please note that you are required to assist the Ceremony with the appropriate formal attire: suit (men), suit or dress (women).
