This degree provides general instruction in engineering through various subject areas (mathematics, physics, chemistry, etc). Moreover, it allows the student to gain a deeper insight into the field of industrial electronics, both from the point of view of electronic systems design and management of projects related to the application and the roll-out of this technology.
This degree entitles graduates to work as industrial technical engineers, and therefore the skills (graduation profile) are defined as established in Order CIN/351/2009. The 18 optional credits can be acquired by either taking the available optional subjects that are specific to the degree or those that are available within the other curricula in the branch of engineering degrees.
