His research is organized around four fundamental lines. First of all, he has devoted himself to the study of the handwritten transmission of classical theatrical texts, the theatrical genres and the metric in the Auria dramaturgy. As a result of this line of research, he has studied the relationship between actor's roles and their corresponding dramatic works "Los papeles sueltos de la Santa vida y buenas costumbres de Juan de Dios: de las tablas al texto de lectura privatea" (Lemir, 2009) or "A genealogical drama from the end of the XVI: Don Alonso Pérez de Guzmán, progenitor of the excellent Dukes of Medina" (Anejos Diablotexto Digital, 2020) and has prepared the monograph Los primeros pasos en la comedy nueva: texts and genres in the theater collection of the Count of Gondomar (Iberoamericana/Vervuert, 2014). His second line of research is related to the critical edition of classical theatrical heritage. He has edited the comedy Galán, valiente y discreto from Mira de Amescua (Universidad de Granada, 2009), the comedy El amigo hasta la muerte, by Lope de Vega (Gredos, 2012), as well as Amor, privanza, y castigo for the project directed by Claudia Demattè (Reichenberger, 2018). Thirdly, his participation in the development of the DICAT (Reichenberger, 2008), CATCOM and ARTELOPE databases has enabled him to immerse himself in the field of Digital Humanities applied to Spanish classical theatre. In this sense, he has participated in congressesand has published articles such as "The visualization of data in the classic theater: the Gondomar collection as a rehearsal field" (Lope de Vega Yearbook, 2020), "The tempo in the palatine comedies: Calderón vs. Lope” (Anuario Calderoniano, 2021) or “The transformation of DICAT: the potential of the digital visualization of networks for the classic Spanish theater” (Talía, 2021). Finally, he has been interested in the transfer of the results of research projects, especially that related to the field of heritage teaching. It investigates the use of new technologies in the teaching-learning process, the generation of learning objects designed to be used interactively and virtual learning environments aimed at managing educational content. He has participated in three teaching innovation projects funded by the University of Valencia (35/DT11/10, UV-SFPIE_DOCE12-80859, UV-SFPIE_DOCE13-146343) and has directed two teaching innovation projects: "Voices and letters against the violence: Literary imaginaries and creation in video art" (UV-SFPIES_PID19-1098163) and "DTD_iLAB: Collaborative learning for interdisciplinary projects" (UVSFPIE_PID-1640935). Between 2016 and 2021 she directed the magazine Diablotexto Digital and is currently co-director of the DTD_iLAB Social Innovation Laboratory.
